ReplyDeletemy mom has been canning for as long as I can remember- so I grew up with it. My husband and I have had a garden for the past three years and we can alot of tomato sauce, salsa, etc... we freeze our corn (we like it better that way) and the rest of the garden gets eaten fresh. I am so glad I am able to carry on a tradition in our family!! :)
